Spiderman and Moon Knight rushed into the bar to see chaos ensue. Many agents were now tangled up in Ivy's vines. She was about to snap their necks before Captain America stopped her.
"Stop! They're just subordinates!"
Ivy replied,
"Rogers do you want to die?! We let these guys live they won't..."
Just then Ivy was tackled to the ground by five agents. It was chaos and Steve didn't know what to do.
The guards on top of Ivy were suddenly raised up in a great webbing. Above Ivy was Spider-Man and Venom.
"So Parker, remind me why we don't team up more often?"
"Think it might have something to do with the fact you've tried to kill me."
"Tell you what, we ever get out of this alive, we should team up."
Suddenly, the pump of a shotgun was heard. As a guard was about to fire a round into Venom's back, he was taken out by Bane. The guard was them slammed to the ground. Venom turned around smiling.
"He can join too...Gotta name Rey Mysterio?"
"Call me Bane. And you are?"
"Eddie Brock Jr. Call me Venom. I can see theirs some hope from you, Bane."
Spider-Man sensed Ivy and Harley beginning to leave the building.
Harley attempted to resist Ivy pulling her arm.
"Red, come on, I was just starting to have real fun!"
"We don't belong here Harley. We're on our own."
Parker decided to follow them, maybe try and convince them to commit to the rebellion.
Meanwhile in the bar agents and super powered heroes and criminals were fighting for their lives.
Ghost Rider yelled as he threw an agent against a wall,
"Man I've fought demons that aint as annoying as this."
Just then the roof was torn off by a giant yellow hand. Sinestro smiled as he said,
"Thought you earthlings could use some help..."
Martian Manhunter turned to Sinestro with a frown.
"Sinestro, what are you doing here?! How dare you defile our ranks with your vileness!"
"Calm down J'Onn. I've made something of a reformation. Fear is an important tool, but it requires responsibility. Something these criminals don't have. Did I mention I brought a friend to our gathering?"
"GRUNDY SMASH!"
Parker caught up to the two women, spying on them from above.
"Surprise ladies!"
Ivy and Harley turned around. Ivy smiled mischeviously
"Who are you suppoused to be, Red Beetle?"
"Never heard of me? Wow, you really are from a different universe. Suppose it's only fair I guess your names. Uh...Plant Girl and...Uh...Raggedy Anne?"
Harley laughed.
"Funnier than Bats, I gotta say Red. Not too bad looking either, too bad I'm taken..."
Ivy smiled mischieveously. Truth be told, she did agree. He did have some lighthearted charm.
"Perhaps...But is he a better fighter?"
Spidey dropped to the ground, and shot his webbing to counter Ivy's vines.
Between punches Rorschach addressed Sinestro and Grundy.
"Well now that everybody is here are first mission, is to get out of here!"
