Here is a list of fictional creatures of the W2O universe. Not complete yet.

Humans

The dominant species of Earth. They are one of the most unique types of creatures in the universe due to their potential for altering their bodies without limits(in theory).

Leprechauns.

Dwarfish creatures, mainly lives in Ireland. They are said to invent the art of alchemy. Has a strong dislike to goblins and takes offense if compared to them. Despite their size, they are surprisingly strong as well as extremely ill-tempered.

Vampires.

Soulless evil creatures. They have superhuman strength, rapid regeneration and the ability to shape-shift. Despite their great powers, they are an endangered species due to their many weaknesses(sunlight, garlic, religious symbols, getting their heads chopped off...) and has tricked humanity into believing that they are extinct. Being undead, they can't propagate, but they can turn humans into vampires if said human is evil and twisted enough. In contrast to what many believes, vampires don't feed on blood to survive, only for pleasure. Their "food" is human misery, so they manipulate events to make humans feel as horribly as possible to ensure their survival.

Goblins.

Extremely cunning human-like creatures with a talent for money and craftsmanship. Humans and other creatures views them as "morally ambiguous."

Werewolves.

Human-like creatures who can change form from man to wolf or a hybrid of said species. They prefer the term "Moonchildren." Has a bad reputation due to being compared to vampires, though they prefer to keep for themselves in forests, as far away from human society as possible. To ensure their survival, they have, in the guise as humans, bought nature reserves where they can live in peace. They are said to be the third most powerful creatures on the planet when it comes to physical strength. Like vampires, they have the power to turn humans into one of them(share the gift of the Moon Mother).

Ghosts.

Humans who dies and refuse to accept their fate has a 1 against 20 chance of staying in this world instead of moving on to the next one. They usually don't have emotional boundaries and act on impulses without hesitations. Are practically non-existing but a ghost who can posses another human is exceptionally powerful and can have powers such as mass-possession of telekinesis.

Simurgs.

Giant, intelligent birds who usually reside on mountains in Russia and Iran. A full grown simurg is about the size of an Asian elephant. They used to be advisers of humans and had important roles in historical events, but now dislike the humans and even eats them on occasions. There is an unspoken rivalry between the simurgs and the dragons.

Elves.

Considered the somewhat "royal family" of magical creatures(also known as the fair folk of children of magic). They are similar to humans, only they are taller, thinner and paler in their skin. They have superhuman speed and reflexes. An elf age normally until he/she reach the age of 21, then they will stay that age until they have a child that will have a magical connection to their parents and leach of their magic, making the parents grow older. If an elf has no children, he/she could, in theory, have eternal life. How their bodies works is a scientific mystery as their only internal organ is a "bacterial stack" that generates energy to fuel their body. They have a strong connection to magic that they worship as a force of nature and can make charms, spells and enchanted weapons easier than humans.

Cyclops.

One-eyed giants who lives inside volcanoes. Are said to make the world's greatest weapons.

Enchanted humans.

Mutated humans born with a curse/enchantment, usually making them half human, half animal(like having the head of a sheep or six extra arms).

Smorharians.

The dominating species of the planet Smorhar. Has a friendly relationship to planet Earth.

Ytivargians.

Seven eyed aliens from the planet Ytivarg. Highly intelligent but lack what we humans call "common sense." Some of them travels to other planets to share their "great ideas" with other species... whether said species likes it or not.

House Hippos

The House Hippo weights about 48-51 gram. While normally a quiet animal that prefers to stay unnoticed, the House Hippo is very territorial and will defend its territory if provoked. Their food usually includes chips, raisins and the crumbs from peanut butter on toast. They tend to build their nests in bedroom closets with dryer lint and bits of string. They sleep for about 16 hours a day, only coming out to search for food and water and materials for their nest.

@waezi2: For humans, I think the word you're looking for is "dominant," not "dormant." As for renaming W2O, I don't have any really flashy suggestions. Just "Waeziverse."
