Hey everyone.
For bi-monthly issues in which both months are listed in the indicia (e.g. Dec-Jan 1962), which date should be used for the Cover Date?

Most if not all issues I've seen like this have the later month (Jan) on the actual cover. In the wiki, I've seen instances of the first month being used and some instances where the later month is used for the Cover Date.

Which date would be correct or expected?
