Team, individuals or both?

When a team appears in a volume, should we list an appearance for the team, the individual team members or both?

For example, in New Excalibur #13 the Wrecking Crew shows up. Should an appearance be credited for Wrecking Crew or should we enter individual appearances for Piledriver, Bulldozer, etc? Or, list both the team and the individuals for completness?

Both. The main reason is that it will make sure to float that volume and issue to both the character and team pages.

Another feature most people miss is that you can add a team, individual or creator to EVERY issue in a volume (say adding X-Men to Uncanny X-Men) by editing the volume, instead of the issues.
