Please delete following duplicates

Hi,

following issues where splittet up into two different issues:

I have allready written what is wrong with this entrys.

I have created a new volume page, combined the two issues together and have fixed the issues, written above:

So the two splittet volumes with their issues aren't needed, because they are duplicates. They can be deleted.

@the_gremlin: Please don't do that again. You need to move the content from your new volume/issues to the older ones as the new ones will be deleted.
