Noob Alert: how do I start a new volume?

I've noticed that the Runaways series on the site is the second volume and that the first series isn't even on here. How do I fit that?

Also, is it possible to edit "First Appearances?"

To add a first appearance go to the issue where that character first appeared. There's a checkbox next to their name that says first appearance.

The new volumes form seems to be a little broke at the moment. Ethan's working on it right now.

Aargggh you bastards... that form is broken... and Captain Cascader has my trapped in the dungeon until I fix that and a million other bugs! Yarrrg

Any update on the status of creating new volumes?
