Okay on pages as short as this:

I understand if you put just one of those contents drop down menus (which I don't really approve of on a page as short as this), but two? I know this is point whoring, but on pages like this, is one really even needed?

No. This is why we're tempted to just do away with them altogether. It's not really that hard to scroll down a page, even the long ones. This stuff just pisses me off.

Never posted one of those things, never used one of those things, I think they're a waste of space and apparently almost exclusively used to get a quick +200 points.

I don't see the point of them. Its much easy to scroll down then look through a list of topics.
