Issues with adding new characters

Hi,

I can't figure out how to add characters other than using the "quickly add characters" section which doesn't allow you to add anything other than a picture and a name. Did try that, but it very understandably got deleted, presumably because of the lack of detail. How do I put forward for approval a more complete set of details for a character to add the wiki?
