Issue name: Multiple story title separator

For most issues that have multiple stories I've seen titles like this, using a semicolon and space to separate the stories.

Main story part 3; Back up story part 2

But recently I've seen more use of slash and no space

Main story part 3/Back up story part 2

Is there a preferred style for the wiki? I looked in the wiki guide but did not see this mentioned specifically.

I personally use the first example with ;

I haven't though about what should be the standard on wiki though.

@danb:definitely a semi-colon and space, these newer ways have been popping up because of all the new untrained editors.
