Adding Images to Character Descriptions

I tried searching for this but couldn't find anything.

Is it still possible to post images to the descriptions of a character page? Is the feature locked behind the wiki points system or just not available to normal editors at all? The "Img" button is simply greyed out, so I can't tell.

@blackmageleo: You have to put the cursor where you want the image.

I have had the same problem but haven't been able to find a solution anywhere.

Is there a secret solution that I am not finding?
