Is the Grand Priest reality warper?

We have seen him create arena with a finger-click and summoning objects without angel staff, does that count as reality warper or is he using special ability?

I would say matter/molecular/atomic/subatomic manipulation, rather than Reality Warping.

Not only because he can create objects from nowhere, but also because he can manipulate the physics of a place, even the abilities of a person.

Just take a look at the tournament limitations, he can make that the participants feel heavier or lighter (depending of the gravity of their planets) and eliminate their fly skill, as Goku was able to notice.

Did it really say he created the void though? I don't recall. Thinking more about it, I think dimensional manipulation may be more accurate. Whis has shown this when he was training Goku and Vegeta with the weights as well as sending them to the place similar to the ROSAT.

Almost caught up (still haven't seen episode 96) so I should have probably waited to comment. Soimds like he can manipulate gravity and maybe genetics? I'll see for myself, but reality warping means he can literally control everything to a certain extent. We haven't seen him do anything yet that couldn't be broken down into a smaller category.

Now, would the restriction in abilities such as flying for specific people be a property of the world of void, or something caused by the Grand Priest? It is possible that these are properties of the world of void that could be controlled. However, it could also be the Grand Priest "writing" the rules for the universe to act is such a way, and the world of void is simply the best place for it because there aren't any preexisting rules there to get in the way.

That guy not only created an Arena made out of Super Katchin but also disabled fighters from flying and each fighter had his own Gravity affection from his home planet. That's enough proof he can warp Reality.

@rukelnikovftw: I was under the impression that the World of Void simply existed, it was chosen as the ideal location due to the potentially destructive nature of the fight which would dissuade any universe from holding the tournament and acted as a true no man's land. The World of Void, from my understanding, is the place outside of the 12 universes, where time does not exist and is truly infinite.

Speaking of reality warping, I am surprised that no fighters in the tournament had reality warping. Would have liked to see Universe 7 have to deal with a strong reality warper. Yes some have a small reality field like Hit using his freezing of Jiren and Coquette's shield, but no fighter was a true reality warper.

How does it have a setting for mortal only? We also see Grand priest changing its color. Enough of a proof he did it all and it was already mentioned it's a void with infinite nothingness.
