How strong is Base Goku in DB super after the T.O.P

Let me give some examples.

If we are gonna wank that base form, Goku is universe level, does this mean master Roshi is at least multi galaxy level? Even If base Goku is seriously holding back, you need to be at least multi Galaxy level, to not die from the one finger tap.

This is Super Saiyan blue it is one of the strongest form of Goku. If base form, Goku is universe level, this should mean SS blue can easily One Shot thousands of universe.

That fodder alien that almost killed Goku should at least be Universal+ level. Even if Goku was distracted and was not using his ki properly to protect his body. Even if that's the case his body should at least have the durability of Universe+ level.

To hurt something like Universe plus level character that the bullet must have been at least multi Galaxy level.

Just go and read Chapter 15 and you will notice Goku vs Trunks was equal fight. Trunks was slightly stronger than Goku, and Goku ended up using God ki to defeat Trunks.

Trunks>SS3 goku. Trunks don't have any access to god ki. Does this mean even without the God ki Trunks is multi Universe ++++ buster?
