Dbs is going to stop airing after April 1, 2018.

A new show is taking its time slot.

It is still unclear if it's ending completely or going on a break.

Not an April fool's joke either.

Also the manga is not stopping! So there will still be a monthly manga, and the dub has a lot of catching up to do.

The Dragon Ball Super television series’ 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning timeslot on Fuji TV in Japan will shift to a previously-announced new GeGeGe no Kitarō anime project beginning 01 April 2018.

The Tokyo marathon will air in Dragon Ball Super‘s place 25 February 2018, followed shortly thereafter by the Nagoya marathon 11 March 2018. Assuming no other missed broadcasts, this pegs Dragon Ball Super as wrapping up its broadcast here with episode 131 on 25 March 2018. This falls in line with episode listings for the upcoming eleventh DVD and Blu-ray box in Japan, which initially listed episodes 121-133 before a later adjustment to episodes 121-131.

A movie will be released in December 2019 and Goku is one of the ambassadors for the 2020 Tokyo olympics, so it's going in a hiatus to avoid burnout

I expect it to start up again around 4-6 months after the film is released and for the build up to the olympics

Movie that's why and manga has to reach the end too of TOP. So I could expect the new movie to sell out and maybe we get to see the old Saiyans and even Yamoshi.

I don't exactly think you're in a position to be talking about anyone's credibility given the majority of your arguments on this site, but thanks for the heads up either way.

It's weird that most Dragon Ball fans don't really care about the story.

Anyways there's a possible comeback. They may be taking a break which is good for the series to progress in the way fans want it. It's overwhelming to work on a series and movie at the same time.

That's the problem with this community. It's cancer. All they can talk about is "huh my feats, ah inconsistency, urg dbz better hurr durr". Every single day there are people that don't watch dbs saying bs like "hurr durr, too much colors. Blue hair, pink hair. No story. Dbz had amazing story hurrr".

They can't make legit criticism. They can't enjoy the show. Their enjoyment is complaining and whining on the internet.

Super needed a brake/ending. Visually it got better but writing was just baaad. Hope Toei rethink their actions and come back with seasonal show soon. As of now we are stuck with movies which is not a bad thing considering they have ton of time to make good story and animation.
