Could beerus succeed in erasing whis with hakai,if he had the chance to?

Whis said There is nothing Beerus can't destroy and beerus admitted only in manga tht he can't destroy an immortal while in anime it is cause of the time ring.

since Whis has much greater out put than beerus the cat has to hakai whis offguard, consider it impossible since whis has greater ki than him and a mastered ui on top.

@undefined: consodsr the manga line bullsht as vegitto has been implied to erase merged samusa the same way as buu. So merged samasu isn't entirly immortal either or the manga has a vague discription of immortality, it doesn't make sense for vegitto being able to erase mrrged samusa while Beerus can't.

Whis did say that Beerus could destroy anything he wants . So I think he could destroy Whis too if he had a clear shot.

No. Beerus can't do it to people stronger than he is.

Toppo has shown us that hakai can be blocked by normal ki if it's strong enough. He failed to erase Frieza or Vegeta with his hakai, which tells me Beerus likely can't erase someone significantly stronger than him like Whis.

@metaljimmor: Beerus is not Toppo, the cat has threatened him in many statements so there is the implecation whis admitting.in.many statements that beerus can do it. in only one statement he don't want to comment on it and that is when that doctor slump ghost asks him.

Toppo was stated to be "no different from a GoD". His abilities are the same, just crudely being used. By feats we have seen that hakai can be blocked by sufficient ki. Feats > statements, especially from the same series.

No Limits Fallacy. He and Toppo are using the same power. If Toppo's has been shown to fail there's no reason to think Beerus' wouldn't also fail, and the difference in power between Toppo and Vegeta is massively smaller than the difference between Beerus and Whis.

We'd need evidence that hakai becomes unblockable with experience to say that as a fact. For now Toppo was a full fledged GoD with all their powers functioning the same way other GoDs function, which means his hakai works the same way Beerus' does. Beerus' hakai would just be stronger because he's stronger, but Whis is massively stronger than even that.
