Order of the Phoenix

Can there be an "order of the phoenix" to handle the PF (i know there is the five lights) or it will be copyrighted?

I think the less Phoenix the better at this point.

And Order of the Phoenix is already a Harry Potter book.

Well,the avengers office took her for now,but dark phoenix movie is coming in december.
