2. Battle takes place in Hogwarts.
3. Tony and Bruce want nothing more than to win.
4. They both act as the Kings.

Tony Stark has an intelligence level that curb-stomps Bruce Wayne.

@haoalchemist: Just because you're a strategist, doesn't mean your automatically the smartest person in a specific universe. I know the feats and intelligence of Bruce Wayne, and a man who learned to harness and control the power of a murderous alien symbiote and learned to integrate a suit that acts like invincible clothes is smarter than a detective. This is chess, not some battle.

Chess could looks like a microchip with some formations and templates. Tony is master at tech. So Tony could win.

But Bruce Wayne has way more skills though. He is almost master degree at everything. Bruce has more winning chance but nobody have an easy time in chess with an opponent like Stark. He is an OP genius.
