Holy shit. Miles has it bad. I'm getting frustrated for his sake, hahaha. Kinda reminds me a bit of my mom back when I was younger... She wasn't this bad, though.

The way I see it Miles's life and his family's lives were implanted into 616.

Yeah, basically, if Miles had a personal connection to them and they didn't already have a 616 counterpart, they came over. So Bombshell and Ganke made it, his family made it, but most of the Ultimates didn't, because Kitty Pryde, Jessica Drew, Cloak and Dagger all have counterparts. His ex-girlfriend Katie Bishop, who he dumped after finding out she was a Hydra agent, also didn't carry over, because she has a counterpart in the shape of former Young Avenger, the female Hawkeye.

why is his last name Morales?

@ravishing_rick: Maybe he was born while his father was in prison, so his mom gave him her maiden name? Or maybe pops just thought is sounded better? There's no canonical explanation yet.

Technically, only Miles made the trasfer and survive to the destruction of Ultimate Universe. All other members of his family have been recreated along with the "new" Universe [still called 616? I'm not sue]... so even "new" family members or decesed one [such as his mother] may be present and alive...

Poor Miles, I sympathize greatly. Even up to the point to referencing relatives that have passed on to get their point across.

New universe is called Prime Earth by Marvel; everyone else is going to call it 616 because it's 616.

Miles boy you better get those grades up.

If Miles starts dating Kamala, I may have to start reading this.

I don't think he's really dating her it's study session plus Nova really likes her so I doubt they're going that way for Miles.

it does sound like he is trying to make a point and it isn't exectly what they said but still....
