Can't read the preview page. The design of the comics and the design of comicvine make it too hard.

It's not the most logical setup, but it isn't that difficult.

I prefer Marco Rudy to the previous artist. No slight against them, but I couldn't get on with the faces and the structure of the characters.

@bkole: Apparently every issue will have its own artist.

It's strange that I've identified the location of the story simply scrolling the image? ...or at least, thinked "uhmmm well, it seem a familiar place, such as a typical greek island for holiday"... and after I've searched the name on the preview, and I've find "Santorini" [a typical greek island where italians usually go for holiday :)]

So Rudy makes a very great job!!! *_*

Cool. An irregularity in the flow of witchcraft is always a problem.

I like that we're learning more about Wanda's personal life. Her being a vegetarian is a little funny though considering that we just saw Agatha Harkness eat a cat belly for a spell in Vision #3.

Marco Rudy and Mike Del Mundo are MADE for this book. One of those two should do EVERY issue...

I almost didn't see the map cover as Wanda's face. Didn't see it until I saw a thumbnail view of it.

Really was surprised how much I enjoyed the first issue. I like the idea of the artist and art style changing book to book.

Trouble is all her personal stuff will probably change with the next author who handles her.

Sorry but the art is a damn mess. Marco Rudy tries 1000x too hard to be Mike Del Mundo and it comes off looking like garbage.

For me Wanda has lost a large chunk of her character appeal after Marvel retconned her out of being a mutant.

It just made her so much more mysterious and powerful, the redeemed daughter of a former mutant terrorist/murderer who's part of the leading Marvel superhero team. Not to mention it makes decades of her backstory and mutant history irrelevant and thus now confusing.

Somehow I dont think Wanda fits into this "wannabe Dr. Strange" setup. I mean shes a natural born chaos magic caster, she blows stuff up she doesnt summon the Vishanti to heal wounds in the magic fade or whatever.

She's been one of the walking wounded since Bendis got hold of her and marvel just doesn't have the talent needed to fix her. The marketing decision to make her a non-mutant just makes it worse.

I agree 10000% with this. Same goes for Quicksilver.

She studied for years to master her powers. And Chaosmagic was something she learned from Harkness after loosing her mutant abilities. Then she regained her mutant powers that helped her drawing power from the chaos magic

@violetphoenix: as much as I love this book, I very much agree with you. every time they hint at her new origin I cringe and it immediately takes me out of it.
