I never read the book, but aren't Titania and Absorbing man married ?

Why are they calling each other "Titania" and "Absorbing man" ?

I only read the standoff tie in from that series and on that issue they had a fight (a fight beteween lovers not a physical fight)

maybe this fight have something to do with that
