Don't know much about him really, but I'll give it a try.

I'll for sure be checking this out. I have a feeling there will be people calling him a Cyborg rip-off though (just on the sheer basic of half black man half machine) even if the Original Deathlok was created prior.

What happened to his face. I thought it used to be disfigured?

Deathlok is so cool and underrated. I kinda whish they would of left him with a scared up face so people wouldn't confuse him with Cyborg (even though Deathlok was created before him) but I'm very excited for this sh!t!

Hmmm since its seems they based this new Deathlok on the Mike Peterson Deathlok, why didn't they just make him the comic version of Mike Peterson Deathlok?

The previous Deathlok's will be making appearances so people that like the scarred face Deathlok can be happy XD.I for one am glad to have an interesting black protagonist that's not disfigured like Spawn, Cyborg and the previous Deathlok (Michael Collins).This character who's a medic,a single father,and a well mannered man is someone I can get behind.

The only version of Deathlok I know is the one that appeared in Uncanny X-Force. Don't know if he's like Marvel had in the 90's but he was unbelievably awesome in Remender's series.

Deathlok is based on the SHIELD series. Which is disappointing. I love Marvel but I hate them shoving MCU stuff down our throats.

So when does Fox sue Marvel for ripping off Dollhouse?

the only thing that bothers me is how does he not know he's a cyborg killer if he clearly has a cybernetic right leg?

He thinks a company named biotech provided it for him when he was injured in the service as a medic

When was the last time people actually cared who Deathlok was?

I think that's why they're making a brand new one to see if there's an audience.A lot of people loved him in Agents of Shield so they're testing the waters

I hope it does but outside of their mainstays like Spidey, Thor, Iron Man ,Hulk,Daredevil,and Captain America no book is really safe

Of all characters new and old, of all character ideas that lie in embryo, they start an ongoing with ... "Deathlok"?

I'll be furious if they did. Luckily, Carlos has an amazing healing factor, and has taken worse, so I doubt it'll kill him.

I wish this book was about the Deathlok who has been hanging with the X-Men since Uncanny X-Force.

That one Deathlok was a huge bad ass and kind of showed Deadpool and Wolverine up a few times saving the day.

It would also just make more sense from a company stand point to go with the Deathlok Rick Remember created since he's so involved with the Avengers right now and it would kind of tie things together since that Deathlok had strong ties to the X-Men.

I'm hoping he shows up in this book soon. I think it would be better if he was a big part of this book.

I miss the messed up, zombie/robot thing. Give that guy a book. I'll just watch AoS for this incarnation eh?

First thing when I read the preview text was...Bloodshot! Damn they almost have the same backstory.
