The interactions between Superman and Swamp Thing are really well done. Tomasi and Gleason are killing this series. Looking forward to seeing what Swamp Thing's presence reveals about the mystery of Superman during Rebirth.

@lvenger: I'll be honest. I'm not someone who was eager to read Superman comics. However, nowadays, I am looking forward to Superman comics! I'm from The Netherlands and I don't have a local comic shop which leaves me to pirate most comics. Then again, I found a website I can buy hard copy comics. Now, eventhohgh I don't buy a lot of comics. I do buy super and, since I don't like the Batman titles (except for ASBatman, after first arc it will get better I think). Anyways, just like you said: "Tomasi and Gleason are killing it." :D

Anything Swamp-Thing is always good. Rebirth Superman is really good too.

@ivan_jimenez86: The Swamp Thing is magical by nature and can easily destroy cities, so Superman is in for one hell of a fight.

Man Tomasi and Gleason is killing it. Superman is the best Rebirth Title.

Definitely looking forward to this. I was never into Superman before Rebirth, but now I'm all in. It's so great to have a comic superhero that's undeniablly good. His comics give me the warm fuzzies, especially with all the interactions with Jon.

Looks awesome, one question. Didn't rebirth reveal that DC universe didn't reboot during n52, they just got 10 years taken from them? If so wouldn't this superman belong to this universe? (Going off of the whole, "you don't belong here" statement)

I think you're the first person I've heard say that since Rebirth. The general consensus I've heard from most readers, myself included, is that DC has been better in recent months than they have in years.

This is more than a stomp Superman books are awesome, batman still batman Flash great, the others titles are ok but Marvel the only books which are trying are The Ultimates, black panther and Squadron Supreme. All New Marvel is more All New Joke so sad

I wonder how Superman will penetrate Swamp Thing's magical nature and planet-busting powers?

I am hoping he borrowed Hawkgirl or Hawkman's anti-magic mace or weapons to contend with the beast of the swamp!

I am absolutely LOVING this series and need this annual now! I have never been as excited to read a Superman title than I am to read a Batman title but Tomasi and Gleason have won me over. And I continue to be in awe over how good Jorge Jimenez is... what titles was he previously working on before this and Earth 2: Society?
