Maybe an odd criticism, but I don't think the colouring suits the pencils.

Aquaman is so lucky to wake up to pants less Mera every day.

Never read an Aquaman book until Rebirth, which I liked. And I like Manta from New Suicide Squad so I'll be getting this.

Why is Aquaman's chin so concave? Still looks decent.

Geoff Johns and Ivan reis set the bar so high for what I want from an aquaman book...

Aquaman is one of the must buys. Art's still taking a little getting used to. And I never cared for putting Arthur's relationship with Mera center stage, but we'll see how this plays out.

Cool! Okay, so in the Rebirth special Black Manta said something about his father dying, now was that the real Black Manta and this is a new one, or was that supposed to be someone else? Also, was this addressed at the end of New 52s Aquaman?

So Atlantis is being friendly? Nice! I'd love a storyline other than 'land dwellers suck'

Also, I like the art. Better than the rebirth issue.

OT: I really loved the one shot, the art is slowly growing on me.. at long last lol. Abnett is killing in storywise. More Tula and Garth please.

I'm really getting this because Dan Abnett is writing it. JL 51 and Titans Rebirth were fantastic this week!
