That's all sorts of cool. I wish Stewart would do interior artwork for an arc in the future.

@redalert539: well different people have different taste and preference. This books is homage and love letter to Silver Age stuff which somebody may not like fun, colourful, weird and bizarre things of Silver Age :) for me it is awesome which very lacking in DC new 52 (which always serious and forget how to have fun)

The cover is really nice. Also I am really glad that Mike McKone won't be doing the interiors for this issue.

@boynerdgeek: Well actually that's probably the thing I like the least. I found a lot of their banter to be quite forced...but I still dug the comic ;) Love the line-up, the setting, the art, etc.

(I also found some of the Canada jokes to be a little forced. Can someone explain to me why "Justice League Canada" is something to scoff at?)

Love it! One of the favorite books I'm reading right now from DC (besides Infinity Man and the Forever People and Green Arrow (sucks Lemire and Sorrentino are leaving)

Nothing scoff worthy at all, mon ami. I was actually excited to see what type of storyline/character development would result from the Pre-Flashpoint RCMP Meta Division. Hopefully they make an appearance in the New 52verse!

The book is a lot of fun. I am interested to see the interactions between all the different team members the over all plot is secondary to me which is a nice change. Not everything has to be event after cross over after event Jeff Lemire seems to get that from the interviews I have read.

i started buying not only because its justice league, but, because its justice league canada!!!!! as a proud canadian i had my hopes for this. but so many americans...i got no prob with the alien refugees like manhunter, hawkman or supergirl, dont mind that adam strange became canadian and i'm looking forward to seeing what this cree character can do. but is that it for canadian characters? 2 surrounded by aliens and yanks?

What we need is more Animal Man

The cover looks nice. Never heard of the artist, but his work looks nice. The only thing I don't like is Adam's face. To me the face looks off. Its nicely drawn face showing the artist style though doesn't really fit the personality we have seen of Adam Strange so far. Its just the pointy chin. I'm sure if I saw it in a story though I'd very much enjoy it.

I think my favorite thing about the cover is the coloring. It just pops out and expresses the level of fun with the book.

Also to anyone interested in the book: it is amazing! Do not pass it up! It brings all the fun characters from the DC universe together! Its amazing! Its a nice mix of the Silver Age and Reboot Age.

I could do without Green Arrow and Animal Man's banter.

Wait... that Adam Strange in the middle? I might start reading this if so.

When I googled Equinox it said she was a "cree" girl... is there really an alien race named Cree... that's hilarious they would just rip of Kree so blatantly.
