Seems silly, someone accuses Daredevil of murder so Matt Murdock is arrested. He's still denying that he is Daredevil. Even if he was, the witness said it was Daredevil. What proof is there that someone else didn't just dress up as DD? Nevermind the fact that Lady Bullseye threatened the dude to say it was DD.
