@birdman400: There's no sign in the MCU that the serum degrades with age. Hell, if 616 is anything to go by, it's keeping him youthful. Also, during Winter Soldier, Age of Ultron and Civil War, he had the benefit of specialised training devices (i.e. much more than just a punching bag if Agents of SHIELD is anything to go by, and I see no reason that Tony Stark would provide anything less), things that actually provide him with a challenge, advances in understanding of the serum, human physiology and hell, nutrition. Remember, during the War (First Avenger) he's living with rationing, even if there's likely some exception for his dietary needs.
Further, he's canonically born in 1918. He's recruited in 1941, shot up with the Serum about 1942, goes down in 1944/45. At the oldest he's 26 when he goes down, and the Serum has a lot of regeneration work to do. So there's no reason that he wouldn't be reaching his physical peak two to four years after his defrosting - from which he also has to recover.
Going by 616 showings alone, Batman is badly outclassed on all physical attributes and matched for skill. 8/10 for Cap.
