Replies tagging as @unidentified

When I reply to some posts the server doesn't include their name but rather tags them as @unidentified.

This happens almost everytime when I reply to an OP

Using iPhone running iOS 10.2.1

Are u replying to polls?

@life_without_progress: yes I've realised it's actually when replying to the OP of the polls. I've also noticed polls adding up to 120% or even 107% this week, might it have something to do with the polls server?

@tinyford: Ehhh the polls tend to have that kind of problem.
