Rate limiting prevented you from making another list

I am not sure if this is just a cautionary measure for new users to not spam lists ect...

But I have created 2 lists this morning and it still won't let me create another. Sorry if this has been mentioned before but is quite annoying in my opinion. Thanks

@guru_crack: you are limited to five posts per 24 hour period and lists count towards that five.

@dstame: Sadly this isn't a bug. It's something set in place to stop spam-bots from going crazy.
