Issue pagination glitches

I'm just noticing a couple glitches:

1. when you change pages the page will load at the center of the issues instead of at the top of the issues, the issue grid is 4 columns and 11 rows so when going to the next/previous page the top row displayed is actually the fourth row from the top and you have to scroll up or down to get to the beginning of the issues on the page.
2. the url switching from page to page does not change, "?page=1", so if you refresh you go back to page one and you can't bookmark specific pages.

The "sort by" does not matter for the above two glitches, it happens on both ascending and descending order.

On what page? Volumes?
