All of my images in this thread: http://comicvine.gamespot.com/forums/gen-discussion-1/avatar-respect-thread-combustion-man-1856998/ won't load. It isn't an error on my computer, because multiple other users have confirmed this. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem.

This appears to be a problem with Amazon Web Services; engineers are looking into it, but it probably won't go away until Amazon fixes their issues. Usually they're pretty quick about it, though.

@rorie: I knew it, I just told Tony I thought it was Amazon, the entire Comixology site went down for about five minutes, they are owned by Amazon and store all their assets with AWS.

I think I have the same problem too. I can't see the images, then later they slowly reappearing.

You can check their status page here. Until the big error message at the top goes away some site functionality will probably be impaired.

Kinda weird that it is an East coast issue but still happening on the West coast where it says it is working :/

@the_impersonator: it is happening for everyone, the place where CV images and other assets are stored is on Amazon servers so we all have the same problem, we also can't upload images.

Glad to know this isn't just affecting me.
