Help recovering my actual account

Hello mods. I created this account because my account pre-reboot of the site is currently inaccessible. Even my username: Crom-Cruach is not recognized.

I tried sending a e-mail to support but have had no response. Is there anyway I can recover my account.

@cromcruach2ndaccount: Have you tried logging in as Crom_Cruach? I know that there's a log in issue where usernames with spaces or symbols aren't being recognized and the space/symbol needs to be replaced with an underscore in order to register as a valid name.

@ellie_knightfall: Tried it now again and strangely now it works even thought i had tried that already, strange. Alright deleting this account and just keeping my old account
