Filtering Forum Threads Issue

I cannot hide Off-Topic section in the forums. I removed it from my feed, but it still appears. Also, there is no option to hide RPG topics. The forum is very jumbled with all the off-topic and RPG topics displayed along with the general discussion and specific character threads.

Is this happening to anyone else since the overhaul?

I'll have to disable this for now as this is clearly broken
