I accidentally requested creation of a new page while making a submission (I clicked "add new item" instead of "see more results" I now have a bad submission awaiting approval, and it shouldn't be approved, but the "Delete This Submission" button isn't working. Every time I use it, it says it worked, but it doesn't remove the page from my edit history. What can I do to flag a submission as unintentionally wrong?
