Cannot filter by location, concept or creator appearance

Locations, concepts and people can no longer be filtered by volume using the location's appearance page. On the wiki that displays the volumes and number of appearances, one could previously click on the number of appearances to see the issues in which the location/creator/concept occur. Clicking on appearance number from a wiki's main page will now just refresh the page, while clicking on it from the cover gallery page results in a 404 error.

The feature also appears to be missing entirely from item pages. This feature still works for characters, however.

We may put this back in the future, but right now only the character version of this page is in.

@ltsquigs: May is a bad word, wiki editors use this feature a lot, we also need to be able to sort by alpha order instead of just by number of appearances. I personally used it regularly on publisher pages, I structure a lot of my editing projects around it.
