First, I would like to apologize in advance if this is the wrong forum, but honestly I'm not sure who should I contact.
I've been contacted by @gold_lightning. Aparrently after conducting a format of his computer, he couldn't be logged-in automatically as he chose after creating his Comic Vine account. The thing is, he used a email account created specifically for creating his Comic Vine account (he wasn't using it on a regualr basis), and since he chose to be logged-in automatically, he doesn't remember the adress and he doesn't know what to write after being asked for providing an email adress.
Is there a way for him to recover his account or does he need to create a new one?
