Maybe Katie Cassidy... or Alaina Huffman again.. Some sources say that Flash will be spinning off from Arrow and then into the Justice League movie so perhaps its in the same universe and Katie might get the role... But I still miss Alaina Huffman's version =(

Caity Lotz has done a pretty good job as Black canary in arrow.

Alaina Huffman did an awsome job as BC in smallville.

Aside from these 2 great actresses, my choice would be Laurie Holden: (Thw Walking Dead, Silent Hill)

But aside from the ones already playing her onscreen, imma say... you know what this is sooo unlikely and call me weird but Charlize Theron would actually be a good Black Canary. Canary shows a lot of dedication, a lot of toughness with a get-the-job-done attitude, her emotions are hardly projected unless you get close and it just dawned on me that Charlize would be a very good actress to play Canary. She's more hand-to-hand combat and uses her powers as a sort of last resort (unless she can't control it) and I've seen Charlize play tough characters like that. But I'm still so hyped the pictures of Katie Cassidy as Black Canary are out!!

Never thought of her, but it's so obvios, Charlize Theros would be a perfect Black Canary. She can combine sensuality and power perfectly.

Lotz
