Since when is big random chunks of Kryptonite randomly floating about in space? Would he even know where to teleport?

You don't put clothes on a dog, not even a cape! For that reason alone i'll go for Lockjaw!

Lockjaw in a personality contests, seriously what does Krypto do other than get angry and attack superman's foes.

Kinda hard to hit something that keeps teleporting around.

Honestly, Lockjaw wins this one.

While Krypto may be faster, Lockjaw has reacted casually to classic Quicksilver on two occassions. The same Quicksilver who managed to teambust the combined X-Men, F4 and Inhumans with his speed. As well as being strong enough to overpower classic Thing, classic Surfer and being durable enough to take blasts from Surfer and Cancerverse Dr Strange, I'd say that Lockjaw takes this one. His jaw strength would absolutely crush Krypto, and energy manipulation, teleportation and time travel are nice benefactors as well.

No version of krypto can defeat Lockjaw.....
