Armless Tiger Man and Arm Fall Off Boy came to kill Batman because they're jeleious that he gets all the movies and cartoons and stuff, so they attack him while he's at a party as Bruce
They both have 5 hours prep and will work together like they have been partners for 10 years
Bruce has no prep or gear and is trying to hide the fact that he's Batman from the spectators
