I actually don't know. Plutonian is going to have a hard time tagging Zoom but Zoom is also gonna have a hard time getting Plutonian down. He was durable enough to take blows that where shattering stars around him and he's a reality warper.

At his full potential Plutonian is a reality warper. It could be argued that he's quite a bit more powerful than Superman.

...I hate saying this, but Plutonian would also stomp Superman. It takes much much more than Supes to get around Tony's ridiculous reality altering powers and the way he uses them.
Too be honest with all of you,I couldnt even find his power set except for it saying he was a Superman like chracter.S,thats all I have to go on.I could say show me some scans of him doing his reality warping skills.Better yet,or about him doing it in DC U.I'm just giving my opinion!

After having a think i'm going to throw my vote to Plutonian. His molecular control, reality warping and the rest of his powerset would be to much for Zoom. He also has the durability to take quite a few blows from Zoom without getting put down. Its not a stomp but Tony probably takes this.

Zoom doesn't actually move at superspeed, he manipulates time around him (more or less). Plutonian on the other hand alters reality, he could theoretically pluck him out of his own time stream and punch him in the face once killing him.
So if he's capable of doing that,why would you put him in a mis-match then??Someone who can alter reality against a speedster(or time-ster lol)??Its like me Putting Dormammu vs Flash and say who wins!!Smh..But whatever.The non-known guy wins.Congrats!Lol
