All Hidan needs to do is get one lick out of Team One's blood and any damage that Team One tries dealing will kill them repeatedly due to damage reflection, however Hidan still needs to create a large symbol in blood that covers the entire battlefield or else he will be force to stand in a small spot throughout the entire fight.
