Yeah I'm going with Gil if he's serious. Don't know much about Zhongli though.

@avatarofdeath: Zhongli can create and throw mountain sized spears, block attacks from a rock dragon that shakes the entire country of Liyue just with its tiniest movements with his jade shield and also defeat said rock dragon, can petrify people, bfr people out of dimensions, teleport, and shapeshift

@reaper4: I think the biggest issue though is that Gil has a ton of hax at his disposal. He could pull out Gae Bolg and instakill if he wanted.
