The only for that Mereleona wins this fight from what i read/heard is her superior speed. Zeldris is far away from FTL. Based on the other stats, Mereleona should be far below Zeldris, but from what i read she can even neutralize magic attacks. On the other hand, Zeldris can´t in this fight seal her magic, because God is forbidden. He some superior spells, but without the speed i don´t see him winning.
The only thing mereleona has over zeldoris is speed just like many other black clover top tiers, she can blitz but her AP is too low to hurt him(she's like city level at most). Zeldoris wins after she's exhausted her mana, equalize speed and he stomps badly even with those nerfs.
