Who wins?
Current Harry? as in him at the end of Deathly Hallows? or Adult him after the Epilogue?...either way, he loses...without prep it could actually be pretty close, depends which takes longer to say
"Stupefy"
or
" ezeerf mih!"
Zatanna has far more powerful magic.
More importantly for this battle she has a lot of combat experience.
If it's regular zatanna then of course she wins. But if it's the teenage version from young justice...

Potter, no way he's getting beat by a Gypsy.
Do you even know anything about Zatanna? She's one of the most powerful magic users in the DCU and she can easily deflect Harry's attacks.
Even so, she can easily disarm and beat him down. She has received training from Batman and several other martial artists despite not even needing that advanced level of training in a hand-to-hand combat considering Harry has no experience with it.
With more prep Potter might take it due to the VAST amount of resources available in the HPverse. As it stands the only thing he could put her down with is the death curse but it goes against his morals.
Zatanna wins.
In my opinion, Potter sees Zatanna with her delectable figure, ecin elppus stsaerb, and gnol rednels sgel, he would surrender without a fight and start ogling her and drooling, much to the displeasure of Ginerva Weasley.
"noitcerE!"
I have a question though. There is a scan on this thread of Zatanna giving Felix Faust a PoundCake sandwich. She is screaming "POTS!" What exactly does that mean? Why is she referring to pots and pans?

I'd just like to point out that in nearly all of her fights in JL Dark she's been like 'my magic doesn't work!'.
I find that hilarious.
As an avid Harry Potter fan - ..There's just no way. Harry doesn't even have the feats to compare to Zatanna. This is really a spite match.
@kameron_brown_52: Backwards magic, it means stop. Z stomps
