Olivia is not that good of a grappler. Zangief is the red cyclone.

He wins

Unless Olivia can survive a building falling on top of him, break a sword by just flexing, pushback Balrog's gigaton punch by flexing, or ragdoll bears as training. I don't see him doing much against Gief

Zangief is likely too superhuman for him.

Olivia trains by playing tug of war with heavy lift copters, can no sell cannonfire and even shotgun shells fired at point blank range barely penetrate his skin.

Zangief one shots. His feat of lifting a submarine out of ice is better than anything Oliva has done or scales to.

Yeah Zangief and Oliver here are pretty even IMO for the most part but the foes Zangief fought in solid matches and beaten are way higher than Biscuits here. Also lifting a submarine is pretty hard feat to beat.
