1. Pandora 1 Chaos tanked several attacks from Zeus the strongest large scale tech in Synapse. Which means the rule which destroys and recreate timelines is fodder. The tech that made the Big Bang also fodder. We also have Synapse destroying Universes in the hyper dimension once again Zeus is Synapse strongest weapon.

2. Pandora 4 Chaos after absorbing the melans was stated to completely take on all of Synapse. It was even stated she had to power to destroy Synapse and Earth. Earth is simply nothing but a lowball. Her power is enough to take on Zeus itself and all the other weapons on Synapse.

And even in that gap of strength, is still not efficient to suggest that would give her the stat advantage, as a matter of fact, the gap between A-Class and an Upper S-Class is increasing large, much above what you claim is a 100x times increase. Yusuke who was an A-Class stalemated a character who was going to warp an entire realm replacing the Spirit worlds.

I can barely find this readable, but ok. What tech made the Big Bang, are you referring to the angels which were a force of nature implied to create the big bang? Why would such a weapon scale in any way above those Angels who lived there for years, and its clear that there are Angels much more powerful that would easily rival his own created Angels (which Minos states) yet Chaos can survive the supposed strongest weapon that'd scale off the Big bang, unless you are referring to Anime feats, I am not aware of? Like this matters much, an A-Class again like King Enma had banished an entire realm, the Netherworld which was completely lost and had to be entirely bought back by means of a Spirit Orb capable of various things. Such feats aren't even outside of the A-Class powers, with movie material.

Earth is a lowball, but she was specifically targeting said planet with a combination of separate attacks. Which indicates they were not "one-shots" and you know who else is stated able to destroy Earth? Sensui.

Basically anything that is not a weapon of Synapse is fodder. Which means his other works which contains Apostles with the power together to destroy the earth, gods creating planets and moving them, existence manipulation, and much more are fodder to Base Ikaros.

Right, given how you have taken things out of context in the past, I wouldn't be surprised of me scheming through the manga and outright finding the exact opposite: i.e "destroy the earth" which can very well be referring to "World" and what not. But even then, nothing you've said is enough to beat a "Strongest Version" of Yusuke.

@morningstar999: It's from the Poltergeist Report Movie. Pretty much a villain was going to warp an entire realm, something with it's own space, sun, etc. in replacement of the human realm, a power that Yusuke was able to withstand and even overpower.
