Chapter Black Yusuke was treated as a country buster and genuine threat to the Human World, so he's above Ulquiorra in destructive potential but probably not by all that much. Ulquiorra's problem is that his durability is far below his Lanza's offensive power.

Does Yusuke have any speed feats that would make him able to not get blitzed by Ulq, because I don't remember any.

all bleach character can survive their own attack that is the rule of spirit power its identical in both defense and attack, ulquiorra telling ichigo to step back is because launching lanza near him would destroy all of Las noche and injure him in the process which would be kinda newbish for a fighter to get injured by his own attack, the same way ichigo getsuga was completely blocked by grimmjow but grimmjow then later got injured by ichigo pure strength slash, be it strength, energy attack or defense the are all identical when using spirit power/Reitsu, of course dependent on howm uch of it the character in question uses for the occasion and how their abilities are used.

as for the fight, i would say Yusuke wins easily if its EOS, during Sensui arc without the demon form ulquiorra should win hard diff, with his ancestor taking over yusuke would win
