If we are to say Meguna did not have his combat speed hindered during the Yuji/Maki fight, then Yuji should be able to blitz and exploit Jogo's relatively lower durability - Sukuna was blitzing Jogo, and evading his attacks without any need to use Cleave or Dismantle to embarrass the Cursed Spirit. So Yuji showing high relativity to him in speed should let him overwhelm Jogo and beat him down.
That said, more often than not, pushing a Special Grade to the brink of death would cause them to activate their Domain Expansion. Which should be enough to beat Yuji, and I think he hasn't shown great resistance to large scale elemental attacks as Uraume could have immobilized him with his Maximum Technique.
So I see Yuji beating him around at first before losing to his Domain Expansion.
I think he can physically overwhelm him but he would have a lot of trouble against fire-based attacks plus Jogo has more versatility and range. I would give it to Jogo.
Yuji can’t counter domains without sukuna and would probably die from maximum meteor. But outside of that he’s definitely strong and fast enough to be serious threat

It isn't entirely explained, but for some reason once he lost Sukuna, he got a big boost in stats and potentially developed a CT. He was punched through a skyscraper and into a second one by Sukuna and was only briefly KO'ed, and then went on to fight him hand to hand. Sukuna was still arguably faster but Yuji was able to close the gap in an instant, land combos on Sukuna, send him flying, and generally didn't seem that much weaker. Then Maki shows up and they fight even faster, Yuji still able to keep up and they jump a lot of times on falling rubble although Sukuna was able to evade and block the attacks of both fighters.
He even took 10% of 15 Finger Sukuna's Cleave with superficial damage - so we could take 1 - 2 fingers Sukuna's Cursed Technique, however even a weakened Sukuna was confident he could comfortably kill Yuji if the fight lasted much longer.
