Welcome to a new idea that may blow your mind, literally. Your brains may get blown out!

You are in the shit now son. In this tourney, you are in the action, and you are a target. Super beings and terrifying monsters are trying to get you, the average Joe. What can you do? Get your own team of bad asses of course! In this tourney you will be on every mission with your team, and you must pick a team that will be argued well enough to counter your foes, and keep you safe to the end.

In this regard you have to make a team around one of these types of protectors to choose your characters from. Heroes are assign to you for protection, working on the tax dollars. Villains are being paid by you. Anti Heroes are either being paid, feel the need to help, or simply not given a choice for whatever reason. The end result is you get your pick of street level characters that can help you survive, and take out the other team.

Character Limits

Some characters are way better than others. We all know this. So how do we keep it fair? How do we make sure the services offered are adequate? You choose the level of character of course.

The governments funds, or your own bank can only pay for so much. The higher the service, the more it costs. Here are your options for your measly 6 points.

3 Points

• Strength - 10 tons, this applies to any lifting of striking ability.
• Durability - tank armor level.
• Speed - Bullet timer, Mach 1 area
• Regen - instant healing

2 Points

• Strength - 5 tons, this applies to any lifting of striking ability.
• Durability - bullet proof armor level.
• Speed - Bullet timer, Mach 1 area
• Regen - heal in a hour

1 Point

• Strength - 1 ton, this applies to any lifting of striking ability.
• Durability - Ballistic vest level.
• Speed - 600 FPS level
• Regen - heal in hours.

General Rules

• Energy and Projectile Attacks limited to Tank Busting, not Bunker Busting. This includes all forms of Energy, Magic, Psychics, ect attacks.
• Gear must fit above. This includes Armor, Shields, Weapons, ect.
• Telepathy like attacks are not allowed, but characters can have Mind Reading, and communication links with teams.
• Molecule Manipulation limited to weapons or gear of reasonable level.
• Time Manipulation, Reality Warping, Teleport Killing, Shrink Killing, Telekinesis Killing, and Intangibility Killing is not allowed, nor street level.
• All characters are in character.

Match Rules

• All matches are Death or KO. Ending with the death or KO of the other player themselves, or yourself by them.
• BFR is off.
• Teamwork is a factor, your team will have 2 weeks to train together. Hopefully there personalities will mix.
• Three weeks for every round. Then one week of voting. if no one votes, then I will pick a winner.
• Be sure to vote on others matches to keep votes going, and matches flowing.

Street Level - So would Johnny Cage, Cassie Cage and Sonya be Heroes or Anti Heroes?

@morleericks: How would you classify them? I have the basic guidelines above on such classes. Are they selfless heroes who always strive to do the right thing? Are they murderous self interests driven villains? Are they kinda in between like say Punisher, or a professional soldier?

@sirfizzwhizz: Have not read the comics but played the games. The most recent feature all 3. While in the process of defending Earthrealm from outside threats, they seem more worried about protecting their family than the Earth itself. Saving the world part is more of a job for them

@sirfizzwhizz: Anti-Hero/Hero. Kitt and LB are that robotic sorta neutral but are more good, the Engineer is about the same. They could fit in either category really but they all have the same type of morals.

Not allowed. At least summoning soldiers and stuff. Having a robot weapon that cruises around, within limits of a weapon is good. Able to talk to animals to attack is fine.You cannot summons troops or nothing.

@pr0metheus: That's Archer. He'd be separate and wouldn't be a 1 pointer. I either get him as Shirou and not have a sniper, or get him as Archer and buy him for more.

one is a villian straight-up and the other kills people, the other is mob boss that helps people

All one piece characters are argued as Mach r or higher range. That is like 90% of Comicvine arguments. Much like Naruto characters no matter how early, I am just not allowing those Mangas with always argued at mid to high tiers.

They all have to fit one of those categories. If one is willing to kill innocents in crossfire, they all must be like that.
