You Vs Whole Fourth Great Ninja War

probably KMS before a random shinobi steps on me--having no knowledge/experience sucks.

Does not having experience mean not knowing how to use your powers?

If you go in with the knowledge of how to use his powers then you could feasibly clear, but it'd take you weeks if you want to be smart about it. If half the army just drops like flies then your ass is gonna get busted and your inexperience is going to get you killed.

You also know how to utilize your stats, but you still aren't a skilled or experienced fighter unless you are one IRL. (I'm giving you guys an advantage).

That's very generous of you. I blitz and one-shot everyone. Though, I would implant a karma in someone first. Just to be extremely safe.

Anyone with Isshiki's stats advantage would probably be able to outpace everyone else indefinitely, long enough to figure out our powers, or to straight up kill the caster of the Reanimation Jutsu. Everyone else is slaughtered, unless I misunderstand something.

I would simply hide away for a day or 2 to get a hang of my ability. Once done that I would shrink and plant a karma inside sasuke. Then I would start the war by rod spam killing multiple shinobis. This would send nardo and the others in rage and attack me with all they have got. I would shrink and kill or incapitate the most troublesome foes, a.k.a the hokages and Kakashi. After that I would take hinata and sakura hostages so that Naruto or sasuke doesn't make a stupid move.

With this I can basically win the war.

You didn't misunderstand, just remember that everyone is at their strongest.

If we go off of powerscaling based on who has beaten who,
Jigen curbstomps the entire war at once including Kaguya.

If we go by who is more impressive by what they did and what we've actually seen that made actual sense, Sage Madara would wreck him.

I'm pretty sure you (if you're a Naruto/Anime fan) would be to be stoked to do anything but dodge, but when your surprise and happiness is over, then you'll probably win if you play it smart.
