He knows some martial arts, probably more than me. He could also take some serious punishment as shown in the movies, much more than I have ever taken. He takes this 9/10.

Almost any "normal human" in an action movie is still probably superhuman by real life standards.

In real life i am very heavy guy and i can hit sb very hard to bleed. I think Strange takes 6/10

Strange has superhuman durability and damage soak by real life standards so it’s going to be a chore to put him down.

Strange still wins, just about any superhero in the MCU process some form of superhuman physique.

6'2 and 175lbs, wrestled in highschool I think i could take it.

Strange still has martial arts ability and great damage soak. He definitely wins.

He would stomp because of his insane durability.

He had Spiderman thrown at him from around 50 meters away by Thanos and all it did was K.O him for some time. No one here can dish out a force that big.

And he learnt Martial Arts at his academy so he would be able to keep up with other Martial Artists too.
