Hyenas have the strongest bite force in the Animal Kingdom. I don't think the majority of people are getting past it.

I stop at 5. I doubt anyone without peak human speed could react to a Un frightened Lion in close combat without a spear or longer reach weapon. With a sword lots of us could do much better in this Gaunlet.

And that is the thing with most of the animals in the OP. We have better access to vitals than the animals. We get neck and head shots. They may bite and rip at our legs and soft middles, but we get to hack their spines.

And considering we are healed instantly after, most of us clear this.

I think the hyena and the wolf are being overestimated here , the reason they're very good hunters is that they hunt in packs. That's their primary hunting style , and their techniques are based on group hunting. They will not be skilled enough to take on an armed human if the human is trained in martial arts.

That being said , I still stop at lion. And note that this is coming from a person who is well trained in martial arts , even I am confident that the lion will get me. He is in a different league than others and much more skilled.

But I also agree that there exist humans who can clear. Because there have been instances in history of army generals taking on a tiger or a bear with a sword 1v1 , or even taking on multiple wolves at a time. So such humans exist.

2. German Shepard Dog: poor doggy.
3. Baboon: I win again.
4. Wolf: I win with some injuries.
5. Hyena: I could stop here to my weight.
6. Lion: I stop here.
7. Silverback Gorilla: Animal me stomps.
8. Grizzly Bear: I get curb stomped.

I get horribly killed at Round 1 alone. I'm pretty noodly.

Round 1: Warthog will likely charge. I wait until it closes the distance, sidestep, and stab. I might receive a glancing blow. If it’s still alive, I stab it again. Should clear this.

Round 2: Same as Round 1, but it should only take one good stab. Although the dog is faster and more agile, chances are I’ll get scratched up.

Round 3: Baboon can probably beat me in a brawl, but I stab it. Should clear this with minor to moderate injuries.

Round 4: Wolf is tough. It’s quite a bit bigger and faster. I think I can edge it due to my machete but I’ll be pretty hurt.

Round 5: Hyena is even tougher. Getting bit by it might take me out of the fight. I’d have to heavily rely on my weapon. I think I clear this round high diff.

Round 6: I stop here, Lion is too strong.

Round 7: Forget it.

Round 8: I die fast.

The lion should be above the silverback.

Nobody on the site is getting past either.

Maybe clear with extreme difficulty, they aren't very heavy but they are fast. I could outmuscle it if needed but it's risky.

No, just about no one clears these.

Out of order, but the lion, gorilla, and bear are the only things that would probably beat me while I have a machete and hockey armor.

I don't understand how people think they can get past a Hyena. It's bite force is even stronger than a Lion and Tiger.

Everyone stops at 6 and most people stop at 4. Most people here would crap in their pants unless you gave them a dose of hard drugs or their relatives lives dependsed on it.

I BARELY pull of a win against the warthog utilising my machete and armour alot. Then I scratch the german shepherd behind the ears and Spot helps me get all the way up to round six, where we both die horribly.

Most of the stories about them hunting lions and tigers are because they hunt in a pack. When in a pack , their strength increases abnormally because their strategies are meant for group hunting. If they're in a group , you're totally screwed , you have a better chance at surviving a bear than a group of hyenas. But if it's 1v1 , you should be able to pull it off considering you have hockey armor and a machete. Someone who gets scared by an umbrella isn't going to do much against a machete.

@king_majestros: No they don’t and Richardson isn’t the end all be all on animal facts. Looking it up they have no where near close to the strongest bite force among land animals alone, to say nothing of aquatic creatures.

Also, you can get around this. Sacrifice one arm to the bite so that you can swing the machete to the back of the neck.

Right... but it only wins if it can bite my head/neck, which I won't allow. I can sacrifice one arm to the bite to give myself an opening to swing with the other arm. Since I am taller with far greater dexterity, I can easily land a head/neck shot with the machete.

No it shouldn't be, If you had any idea what you were talking about you should know gorillas cant contend with big cats lol. There's been more than 5 instances of EVEN LEOPARDS fighting silverback gorillas in a FORCED BATTLE TO THE DEATH, Leopard wins nearly every time. Only reported time a gorilla ever won was when they literally both ended up killing eachother in a stalemate. Some of them were ambushes, but some of them were also head on battles.

And if you wanna be a dumbass and deny those facts you'll have to prove to me to why its "fake" or "not real" because based on facts such as gorillas being anthropoids meaning they cant take piercing attacks very well, It makes a whole lot of sense if u ask me.

A lion or a tiger would toss a gorilla around like a bloody beach ball after killing it within 10 seconds.

Rds 1 and 5 would be pretty difficult mainly due to their durability.

A male lion can fend off a small pride of lionesses/sub-adult males, as well as an entire clan of hyenas, who are hella bricks. At 500lbs, with cat reflexes and equipped with large K9s, claws, mane and raw power...

...Rd 6 is where where most won't stand a chance IMO.

Nah, you could beat a wolf. You weigh just the same, have armour, No way they're surviving a spear with 70kg or more behind it.
